Patrick M. Smith began his real estate career on April 1, 1986. He has been recognized by the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors for being in the top 1% of Realtors in Central Pennsylvania for seventeen of twenty-one years, and was honored as Outstanding Sales Associate in 2000.
His service on the Board of Realtors includes committee work on Government Affairs/RPAC (Chair), Public Relations Force (Chair), Board of Directors (Vice-Chair), Foundation Fundraising, and Nominating Committee.
With a BBA in Real Estate majoring in Finance with minors in Accounting and Psychology, Patrick’s pre-real estate life included 8 years as a legal investigator for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, specializing in white collar crime with the Bud Dwyer investigation as his final case.
In 2005, Patrick and a partner opened Keller Williams of Central PA in Camp Hill, openin a second Keller Williams in Harrisburg in 2008. In 2010 Patrick became the sole owner of Keller Williams of Central PA East and is proud of the service his agents provide the Central PA region.
Married with three grown sons, Patrick is active in St Theresa’s Church. He’s an avid outdoors person, loves anything on the water, sailing, scuba diving, camping and canoeing.
